Red Wine Salmos by Bodegas Torres.

Product History: Reduced crop but high quality. The vineyards planted on steep hillsides of schist are subject to strong temperature changes between night and day, that contribute to the charm of this wine.

Its aroma of Mediterranean herbs and red fruits with toasted notes accompanying unveiled after aging between 14 and 16 months in French oak barrels.

Dark red color with violet tones. Mineral aroma intense presence of candied black fruits, notes of cocoa, brown sugar and roasted with a floral hint of violet and fresh thyme.
Entry into very soft with sweet tannins melt slowly to culminate in an elegant and lingering aftertaste mouth. The percentage of Carignan, in Psalm 2010 has increased on purpose.
